1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website rhondagcleaning.com (the "Site") and the cleaning services (the "Services") provided by Rhonda G House Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Longmont, Colorado. By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or booking a cleaning, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. Services & Estimates

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Longmont, Colorado and surrounding areas. Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us about your home or business. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or scope differs materially from what was described. We will always communicate any change before performing the work.

3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by text.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another customer.
• Repeated late cancellations or lockouts (inability to access the property at the scheduled time) may incur a fee or affect future scheduling.

4. Access to Your Property

You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time (key, code, lockbox, or someone present). We are fully insured, and every team member is background-checked.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided for services already performed except at our discretion.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may require a card on file or a deposit for certain services. Returned payments and overdue balances may be subject to reasonable fees where allowed by law.

7. Damage & Liability

We treat your home with great care. If you believe an item was damaged during a cleaning, notify us within 48 hours and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly installed or inherently fragile items, or normal wear. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Communications & SMS Terms

By providing your phone number through our forms or booking calendar, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your estimates, appointments, and service updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Website Use

The Site and its content (text, images, logos) are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
